Bryan was absolutely wonderful! We booked him about a year out from our wedding and he was great from the start! He answered questions over email throughout the year and set up a time for us to chat the week leading up to the wedding to make sure that there were no issues on the day of. He met with us and the rest of the wedding party prior to the entrance to introduce himself, put people at ease, and basically go over how entrances would go. He also spoke with the best man and matrons of honor ahead of time so their speeches went smoothly. And when there was a glitch with the entrances, he seamlessly fixed it and made it work so that those that did not know it was an issue, were none the wiser. He was relaxed, laid back, and easy to chat with, but also professional and made sure that there were people on the dance floor! I would highly recommend Bryan with utmost confidence. You can choose no better DJ for your special event 🙂
ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE! DJ Bryan Hoover is the best out there. He made our wedding the most fun party ever! His mixing, timing, and song selections are impeccable and we, as well as our guests, cannot stop talking about how great he was and how much fun we all had thanks to the vibes he cultivated. Bryan was so great to work with and kept our reception running so smoothly and on time. He is kind, professional, responsive, and hilarious! Bryan truly went above and beyond—taking time out of his personal schedule to answer multiple calls and texts, address our questions, and ensure everything was exactly how we envisioned. I can’t say enough about DJ Bryan Hoover. His attention to detail and organization left us with a flawless evening! He kept the dance floor full all night. He knows exactly what to play to please the whole crowd. From the music to lighting and of course those extra touches (CO2 gun!!!) DJ Bryan Hoover is the best.

We had a great experience having DJ Bryan for our wedding at Beaver Station. He was very flexible and helped us a lot on the wedding day. He also did a great job setting up all the lights and making the party a very fun experience! We highly recommend having DJ Bryan at your wedding!
I booked Bryan to DJ my wedding at the Butler Country Club, I was given an account to login to the website and fill out some forms and immediately noticed the organized and detailed information for the wedding. These forms were very helpful in understanding the flow of the wedding, feeling comfortable with the event format and formulating questions to ask.
We had a wedding planner for the wedding and in many ways Bryan was a wedding planner with all of the detailed information requested for the wedding.
The day of the wedding went flawlessly, Bryan worked with the planner and minister to coordinate everything down to the smallest detail. The music chosen was appropriate for everyone at the wedding, there were dance lights that synchronized with the songs being played and the equipment used was of the highest quality. The sound was amazing, Bryan even took it upon himself to speak with the Best Man and Maid of Honor prior to their speeches which made them feel more comfortable and confident about their speeches.
Bryan showed that he practices excellence as a personal standard and it has become his daily routine. He showed up early to setup and coordinate with the staff and minister so the wedding would flow flawlessly. Bryan's character and professionalism is unparalleled and made everything in the wedding smooth and working with him a pleasure. He cared about our wedding as much as we did and it felt like we were in good hands and that we could trust everything would be perfect.
There is no other DJ I would recommend other than Bryan, he will be my choice for events as long as I am alive. 10/10 I will be recommending to anyone who needs a DJ.
